Socket A is also called Socket 462.
The Opteron processor is using Socket 940.

Due to board layout considerations, bit 0 of the BP_FIDA is placed on the other side as BP_FIDA bits 1, 2 and 3.
Also, BP_FIDB bit 0 is placed on the other side as BP_FIDB bits 1, 2 and 3.
BP_FIDA and BP_FIDB form complementary pairs, and they match the FID settings as follows:
when FIDx is 0, BP_FIDAx is 1 and BP_FIDBx is 0.
The table might look a bit confusing because of the ordering by physical location instead of by function,
but it reduces the risk of making mistakes when soldering.
